Happy Thursday Watchers!
It’s been a crazy couple of weeks. I bought a car 🚙 - although not from Costco unfortunately. A friend (who subscribes to this newsletter) helped me find a good deal and negotiate it down.
I signed 2 new clients for Krit - we start working with one this week and the other in March. 🏗 Excited to share more about those. I’m also working on the Krit 2019 year-in-review (I find it useful to write one specifically for Krit) and it’s already proving to be a monster.
I also wrapped up my no added sugar challenge 🧁 - my roommate and I quit all added sugar for the month of January. My goal was just to feel better and get my diet back on track, but I ended up losing 9ish pounds. Apparently eating Bojangles once a week isn’t good for you…
I’m going to ease up a bit this month, but I’m going to continue to cut out fast food. My meditation 🧘♂️ and writing habits have also been spottier than I’d like, so I’m refocusing on those.
