I talk to a ton of founders who don’t actually need a mobile app for their startup. They just think they need an app because that’s what everyone else has, right? But building a mobile app can be a lot more time-intensive and expensive than a website or web app. So I went over the questions I ask to determine if someone really needs an app in this post.
